Once again, I am taking part in the bike ride for KEF.
I WILL BE DOING IT ON A TANDEM BIKE!!
Since being personally involved in this organisation over the last 6 years, and being in charge of organising this and the last 5 bike rides, I have witnessed first hand all the incredible work KEF are doing and the amazing impact they have on the kids and their families alike!
As i'm sure most of you know, I'm not the fitness bug I used to be (ahem) and doing a 100km bike ride will be significantly more than another one of my silly challenges! But, alas, for this great cause and knowing what more KEF can achieve with all the money raised, it was a no brainer!
KEF is a Jewish, London-based, non-profit, voluntary organisation dedicated to offering friendship and fun to children, teens and young adults with special needs and disabilities throughout the UK. KEF provides out-of-school activities, recreational events, residential trips and sleep-away camps.
